Let’s Talk About Grammarly

Being a freelance writer doesn’t need a perfect person to write an article. But your work should be. So if you are not good at spelling or even struggling with your grammar, the best tool you can use is Grammarly.

You can have it added to your browser as an extension in order for it to detect whatever you are writing online. If you are using offline tools like MS Word, you can try to get a premium account with them in order for you have that ability to download the software and not to worry about minor things when writing.

How to get Grammarly to your Extension?

First things first, you have to sign up for your Grammarly account. Once done, you can already start using the service for free.

Google Chrome

  • Visit the Chrome Store
  • Look for Grammarly
  • Click Add to Chrome to start your download

  • Go to Firefox Ad-ons
  • Install the Grammarly Extension

You should see the grammary logo at the top of the browser once done.

That’s it! Your Grammarly extension is ready to use.

Grammarly Premium

If you want to maximize the use of this tool, the best thing to do is to sign up for the Premium package.

For just $29.95 per month, you can already make sure that you have all your writings as good as edited already.

If you want to make the most out of your money, you can try to get the quarterly billing fo as low as $19.98 per month. Or they also offer a yearly subscription for only $11.66 per month.

How About Plagiarism?

The good thing about Grammarly is it also includes a plagiarism checker in order for you to avoid getting sued by other writers in any case that your article looks like a copy of their work. You can’t be too careful nowadays.

I personally use Grammarly ever since I started writing. I am not perfect as well and it helps me to be more confident whenever I write an article if I am using Grammarly on my writing tool. All I have to do is to just write my ideas and let Grammarly do the checking.

As I am writing this article, I have Grammarly from my extension in order for me to be prompted whenever I am making any typos or even having grammatically incorrect phrases. As I can see, I have several red lines to it because of my spelling errors. (Now I’m blushing.)

The Verdict

Grammarly is a must for all writers like you and me. So far, after years of using it, I find it the most accurate and dependable tool for my blog and also for my writing projects.

Give it a try yourself. You will be surprised how many unforeseen errors you may have with your article. It’s better to be safe than sorry or in this case, it’s better you have a flawless article already before hitting that submit button and send to your client. You don’t want your articles got rejected just because of some minor typos. Do you?
